While most enrollments are handled securely from our remote office, we know that some people prefer a more personal connection. That’s why we also meet clients in their communities—whether it’s at a library, senior center, or local event—making Medicare guidance more accessible and comfortable for everyone.

As the driving force behind Team Stapleton, Deneen brings unwavering passion and expertise as a Medicare specialist. Known for her reliability, deep knowledge, and client-first mindset, she takes a hands-on approach to deliver customized healthcare solutions that truly fit each person’s needs.

 

Licensed across 18 states, Deneen prioritizes education and independence in every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, great food (courtesy of her "chef" husband), time with her kitties, and volunteering in the Deaf community.

Robert Stapleton

As a licensed retirement income specialist with over five years of experience, Robert provides a steady and thoughtful presence within the team. He’s dedicated to truly understanding his clients’ financial goals and crafting tailored strategies to help them achieve lasting peace of mind.

 

Robert serves families across 18 states and has helped hundreds protect their savings and secure financial stability. Based in Michigan, Robert shares his life with his wife of over 30 years. He’s also a passionate traveler and devoted foodie—known affectionately as “Chef Rob” for his gourmet meals shared with family and friends.
